Share Title Security Coordinator  Description PURPOSE The role of the Security Coordinator indirectly supports this purpose by being proactive in the pursuit of “safely and reliably” delivering our customers products by following up with driver team members about “Hard Breaking/Stability Control” (CER) alerts. By doing so we attempt to reduce and prevent accidents. We also maintain a Hazmat Hotline for guidance of all our hazmat loads in assurance that these critical loads are safely and reliably delivered to the marketplace.   PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for monitoring and properly documenting camera & gate systems activity at all security equipped USA Truck locations. The accurate entry of information into the claim system when working Accident & OSD Hotline. Insuring that Post Accident Drug Test (PADAT) is completed as required following a DOT Accident. Responsible for Hazmat Hotline and Auditing Bill of Lading on all Hazmat Loads. Responsible for taking complaints from the general public on driver team members and properly documenting, investigating and addressing them accordingly. Responsible for CER (Critical Event Recorders). Ability to Handle High levels of stress. Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
