About the Organization We are looking for some critical manager positions that will start prior to the May open. Hours will be day hours till pre-opening, then will move to include evenings and weekends. Due to the nature of the role and our business we do not have remote or work from home positions. All positions will be onsite, interacting with our staff and guests.

Our positions look to provide a safe, best-in-class experience for our team members while sharing humor and having fun as we create our guests' magical immersive experience.


Sous Chef

  • Welcoming and interacting with all team members. Bilingual Preferred

  • Be in correct uniform, practice positive personal hygiene. Manage the same expectations for the team.

  • Lead by example and establish professional relationships with the team. Documented touches monthly.

  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment and manage the same expectations for your team.

  • Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for the entire shift

  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies, and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods

  • Must be able to open kitchen at 8am, turn on equipment, place orders, prep lists, put away orders

  • Must be able to close kitchen 1 up to 2:30, clean up, last one out of kitchen, everything's off,

  • May be creating and write schedules, entering swaps,

  • Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food, small wares, equipment, supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds

  • Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations and get ServSafe trainer Certified.

  • Must have advanced cooking techniques and the ability to teach them to subordinates

  • Advanced knife skills and ability to use repetitively

  • Experience using various kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, fryers, mixers, blenders

  • Preferred have experience with chill blasters.

  • Preparing all food items to recipe specifications and ensuring your team does the same.

  • Ensuring all food items are correctly stored, dated and monitor and educate your team.

  • Rotate and check all stock items as per established procedures and monitor and educate your team

  • Cleaning kitchen appliances and machines and monitor and educate your team on these process

  • Daily, Weekly and monthly cleaning checklists

  • Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements

  • Helping other team members to unload and store deliveries

  • Assist other staff members with tasks as needed

  • Taking out the trash

  • Responsible for executing with your team the daily and weekly cleaning schedules/lists

  • Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise

  • Acting MOD if needed

  • May be asked to do other tasks as needed

  • Performs all job-related functions in a cordial friendly manner committed to exceeding guest and team member expectations

Position Requirements
  • Must have a minimum 4 years' experience in a high paced kitchen environment
  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, walk, run during complete working shift
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English with guest and team for all responsibilities of the job. Preferred candidates also speak Spanish or find a way to communicate with all team members.
  • Must get ServeSafe certified in first 4 weeks
  • Must attend all orientation and training shifts
  • Must complete 90 day probationary period
  • Able to work effectively independently as well as part of the team
  • Able to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required as well as the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a loud, distracting environment with flashing lights, haze machines, ongoing shows, and large numbers of guests constantly moving around you.
  • Willing to follow procedures and take direction
  • Supportive of other team members
  • Can compete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, holidays and special events. All shifts include a minimum of one weekend day.
  • During first 90 days after open, there will be extended hours as we work out the systems for all salaried staff.
  • PTO Blackout period from Thanksgiving week till January. (Though we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas for employees to spend with their families.)
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Hours alternating between 8am start and 12:30 close, all shifts include minimum of one weekend day, extended first 90 days around open.  
Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt  
Salary $60,000-$65,000 and up to 10% bonus of base EE Base health plan PIF  
Benefits Weekly payroll, Can accrue Sick leave, All Ft staff are eligible for PTO, health, dental, vision, LTD, STD, Life, Teledoc, EAP
