MAC's services are center-based and in-home, and include speech and occupational therapy, assessment and diagnosis services, and individual and family therapy. At any given time, MAC serves approximately 370-400 clients throughout Minnesota at 17 centers located in Eagan, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Fridley, Vadnais Heights, Minnetonka, Woodbury, Duluth, Virginia, Mankato, Rochester, Red Wing, New Ulm, Medford, Hutchinson and Cambridge.   Description The Minnesota Autism Center (MAC) is currently seeking passionate individuals motivated and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)! We will provide on the job training and welcome your application as we expand our services in the Bemidji, Minnesota area!  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.   As a Behavioral Therapist with MAC, you will learn how to effectively provide direct 1:1 therapy to our clients and successfully implement individualized treatment plans using behavioral analysis methods. You will learn how to utilize the skills of conducting behavior management and reinforcement programming, record client progress, and consistently work on a team alongside other mental health professionals to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of therapy and treatment possible.
