Participants in this program are full-time, salaried employees who will receive incremental pay increases as training progresses. The program is a unique blend of formal, informal and on-the-job, real-life training activities. This broad-based program aims to provide the selectee with branch, corporate and CDC (Central Distribution Center) learning opportunities. Some of the areas covered include: Supply chain management Distribution Logistics Sales & Marketing Inventory Purchasing Human Resources Accounting Information Technology The program may be accelerated as the company tailors its program to its business needs as matched with each individual participant's knowledge, skills, abilities and preferences. A mentoring component, participation in our Young Leaders group and special projects, attending industry events and ongoing development, round out the program.
