NetSPI is looking for an experienced?FinancialForce Administrator?with an accounting, FinancialForce, and Salesforce background.

As part of the growing Revenue Operations team, the FinancialForce Administrator will be integral in maintaining the FinancialForce application (PSA, Revenue Management, Billing Central), streamlining the operations of the business by working closing with our finance, operations/IT, project management and services departments.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks (customizing and deploying standard and custom profiles, creating and managing roles, auditing licenses, monitoring security settings, modifying page layouts, and building and managing reports) and support of FinancialForce applications (PSA, Revenue Management, Billing Central).

  • Provide first-level support to FinancialForce end users to solve, troubleshoot, support change requirements, and address service issues

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants on complex requests and changes as the FinancialForce/Salesforce solution evolves

  • Coordinate with FinancialForce support and customer success to troubleshoot issues, maintain smooth operation, performance of the platform, and understanding of new releases and features

  • Assist with implementing/testing new releases and service packs for the FinancialForce package

  • Develop and deliver training materials, maintaining process and policy documentation, and related help materials for users. Create and manage in-depth customized reports and dashboards while partnering with the Analytics team to ensure data quality.

  • Stay up to date on new Salesforce, FinancialForce, and IT-related features and functionality; provide recommendations for process improvements

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for FinancialForce applications and technical features

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Background in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience as a FinancialForce Administrator

  • Working knowledge of various secondary products and solutions offered by Salesforce, as well as the ability to teach basic Salesforce functions

  • Power user in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Highly communicative and strong ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience building, testing and/or deploying from Salesforce sandbox and staging environments to a production environment

  • Salesforce certification preferred (working towards or currently held)
