This position will be instrumental in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting technology systems used to maintain computer and software networks. Duties include responding to hardware problems, updating system software and tracking data and communications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain and update all server related hardware/softwre Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems Install and update company software and hardware as neeeded Anticipate and report the cost of updating technology needs Assist call-ins with technical difficulties Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems Implement security measures Monitor security and complaince requirements   FT Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life Insurance Vacation Paid Holidays 401k Retirement Plan Referral Program   Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of relevant operaring systems, software,and programming Excellent problem-solvin g and critical thinking skills Keen attention to detail Good organization, time management and prioritization Efficient troubleshooting abilities Effective communication skills Customer service and interpersonal skills Qualifications: Degree in IT discipline or related field a plus or five years relevant/demonstrated experience; IT certifications a plus Experience assisting users in Windows and Office 365 environment Proficiency with Windows server Experience installing, maintaining, repairing desktop operating system, business applications, computer hardware, peripherals, printers Coding skills a plus Candidates should have a basic understanding of programming, basic network set-up, be able to diagnose and repair computers, manage basic servers, manage Microsoft Azure servers, and be familiar with Microsoft Office support.
