This position is scheduled from Tuesday through Friday in Creve Coeur, and on Saturday in Dittmer, MO. The hours are 9:30am-6:00pm. The therapist will: Be responsible for a caseload May conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments and develop a diagnosis from the information gathered in the assessment Conduct family programming services including providing educational groups to loved ones of those with substance use disorders as well as providing individual, family and group services. Collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan Assist in coordinating discharge planning Maintain communication between treatment team members, other locations within the continuum of care program, family, referral sources and other service providers as needed   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
