The successful candidate is a team leader, great communicator, and extremely efficient on the overall productivity of the BDC department.
This position is responsible for managing a team of 8-10 service and sales BDC representatives that are the hub of the Fish Hatchery Road campus. This is an outstanding opportunity to continue a rewarding career at Zimbrick Inc.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Direct all aspects of the BDC effort including inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts and video correspondence.
Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
Oversee team's efforts to set sales and service appointments, contact customers with active warranty and maintenance campaigns.
Promote fixed operation sales through service follow-up
Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered
Use various technologies and platforms to accomplish goals.
Compile all necessary reports on a timely basis
