This position will provide direct engineering support for Process Control Technologies in support of Manufacturing through the application of engineering-based principles and disciplines.  Major tasks and responsibilities of position Review existing equipment operations for opportunities for reliability improvement. Analyze and make recommendations for either improvement to maintenance procedures or to existing production equipment to minimize downtime or improve efficiencies. Actively participate in generating recommendations for new equipment or facility infrastructure. Serves as a control system expert to monitor and maintain the control system at all layers of its architecture. Provides advanced trouble shooting and diagnostic skill and training to support and train other members of production and the PCT team. Support the continuous improvement initiatives and participate in CAPAs related to process/production equipment. Participate in FMEAs for equipment reliability. Provide engineering input to root cause analysis and execute corrective and preventive actions as required. Provide project engineering and/or project management support in achieving completion of assigned projects within approved scope, timeline, and budget.   Location Overland Park, KS   This position is currently not accepting applications.
