A day in the life…

  • Recommend and deliver solutions that meet customers' needs and ensure the solutions when implemented meet the functional requirements of the customer
    • Prepare and execute workshops
    • Promote process standardization and efficiencies
    • Determine and document detailed requirements
    • Design process solutions
    • Provide advisory and Implementation services and solutions
      • Configuration of the platform and applications
      • Solution appropriately following ServiceNow Best Practices
      • Train, enable, and/or educate the client on the solution
      • Provide post go-live support
  • Use knowledge of technology, products, processes, industry expertise and consultative skills to assess, recommend, educate, implement, and support customers on the value of the ServiceNow platform and driving the sale, implementation, and expansion of the ServiceNow platform
    • Contribute to proposals edit proposals and recommend content
    • Use domain knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow and other relevant technologies to credibly and persuasively articulate the features and benefits to the customer
  • Build in-depth knowledge of technical and business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into Rolta AdvizeX solution opportunities
    • Determine how industry trends, product announcements and advances in technology may impact the customer
    • Develop successful relationships with team members, partners and customers
    • Ensure effective coordination and support between account teams and supporting technical resources
 
Position Requirements

What we are looking for…

Required

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years working with the ServiceNow platform, and comfortable with recommendations, ability to develop complex business solutions and describe solutions to customers, as well as the any of the following knowledge, experience and attributes:

ITOM & ITSM Engagement Manager

  • Experience guiding ServiceNow implementations in an Agile manner
  • Experience with ITOM and ITSM in ServiceNow, in particular the Service Catalog and Request engine, Discovery, and Orchestration
  • Experience on ServiceNow projects involving integrations with other systems
  • Experience managing stakeholders to drive project accountability and completion
  • Experience working within an Agile process as it relates to requirements gathering, development, and testing of software
  • Prior experience working within IT (specifically in IT Operations/infrastructure), outside of ServiceNow activities
  • Quality business process communication skills and consultative approach to working with stakeholders
  • Engagement management skills including planning, reporting, delivering, and closure
  • ServiceNow Foundations Certifications
  • ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (ITSM & ITOM)
  • Infrastructure and Data Center acumen
  • ITIL, ITSM, SACM Acumen
  • Business Analyst skills
  • Basic Development skills
  • ServiceNow Sales Accreditations
  • ServiceNow Admin Certification
  • Local to Boston, MA strongly desired
