Director of Revenue Management 


The Delta Marriott Hotels Orlando Celebration is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual for the position of Director of Revenue Management at our StepStone Hospitality managed hotel. This candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational & communication skills; a strong proficiency in multi-tasking

The responsibilities of the Director of Revenue include but are not limited to:


  • Host Revenue meetings with hotels
  • Monitor and/or maintain all rate/package data and information on multi-media for hotels
  • Provide rate structure for contracts detailing room allotments and inputs information into sales system
  • Analyze and evaluate rate structure and packages to be profitable and competitive in the marketplace
  • Approves all quoted room rates
  • Responsible for regular rooms forecast of 3 day/10 day/Monthly and Quarterly reports
  • Create and participate in the hotel budgeting process
  • Analyze market and revpar reports such as the Star Report or Hotelligence
  • Accurately use various office and accounting software.


  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ability to accurately report information.
  • Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed.
  • Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
  • Attend required meetings

Required Qualifications

  • College Degree in applicable field or equivalent experience desired
  • Multi-unit Hotel Experience – Minimum 5 years
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple tasks at one time
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to drive both the strategy and implementation of initiatives
  • Capacity to balance the big picture, strategic perspective with attention to the details of execution
  • RM Marriott systems certification required
