Load Coordinator IFS 


This position will work a 4 day on, 4 day off work week, scheduled from 7:00am-7:00pm.



This position is responsible for maximizing equipment utilization and revenue, minimize non-paid miles, while providing optimized service in our Texas and Mexico service offerings.



  • Provide optimal plans for trucks in territory in adherence to company stated goals.
  • Monitor and manage non-paid miles to less than territory goals.
  • Utilize Match Advice software to departmental goal.
  • Monitor and manage daily revenue goals exceed territory goals.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound trailer pool compliance.
  • Ensure all local deliveries and pickups are made on time.
  • Perform customer service duties as needed.
  • Plan the load assignments for the local driver.
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements.

  • High School diploma or equivalent


Preferred Skills.

  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Effective use of written and oral communication
  • Ability to create and sustain relationships both internally with fellow team members and externally with customer contacts
  • Ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and handle multiple issues simultaneously
  • Truckload dispatch experience
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
  • Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety.

Working conditions

This position will be required to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels, and, with or without reasonable accommodation is required to:

  • Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Frequently operate a computer for extended periods of time and regularly operate other office productivity machines.
  • Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move up to 20 pounds of office objects.
  • Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information and answer questions.
  • Occasionally attend meetings in buildings outside corporate office and at off-site locations with various internal conditions, and requiring travel in various external conditions.
  • Travel domestically as necessary.
