Responsible to provide medically prescribed, goal oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care, company policies, and professional Standards of Practice. Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state and in good standing with the Board.   Position Requirements 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. At least one year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred. Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for terminally ill patients.
