Warehouse Coordinator (7am-3:30pm) 

Position Warehouse Coordinator  
Location Raining Rose, Inc.  


This position is responsible for the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received from vendors and suppliers, in an effective and efficient manner, according to specification.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)

  • Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve)
  • Move or store material according to the warehouse schedule
  • Knowledge of material handling specifications
  • Ensure receiving reports are completed accurately and timely
  • Resolve discrepancies regarding packing slips or other documentation of receipt
  • Maintain a clean dock area
  • Organize and load all recycled materials for disposal
  • Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies
  • Firm understanding and compliance with company’s Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices
  • Regular attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Either currently have or ability to attain Forklift certification required
  • A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a relatable field preferred
  • Experience with ERP software preferred
  • Knowledge of functional business processes preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP’s, OSHA rules and regulations preferred
  • Knowledge of material handling preferred
  • Knowledge of material inspection methods and techniques preferred
