If so, then you'll want to learn more about our Shop Production Coordinator position! You will be responsible for maximizing production through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the daily workflow in our busy shop. That's a tall order, but when you think about it, our customers count on our technicians to keep their vehicles at peak performance and safe. You will be a key contributor to helping them accomplish that important goal!
What You Will Do
Assign work to technicians in a fair and equitable manner based on skill level
Act as a liaison between service advisors and technicians
Work with Service Manager to develop monthly production forecasts
Maintain knowledge of manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures
Take an active role in providing a safe work environment for employees
