Performs under the supervision of the Plant Operations Coordinator or designee. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital real property equipment systems and infrastructure, equipment inspections and testing, remodeling and infrastructure repair projects, and work through the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Performs security responsibilities such as making security rounds, locking doors, and crowd control as required.
Performs all other duties assigned to ensure the work area meets its responsibilities to the patient, customer, and Hospital Mission.
