Objectives/Goals of the Position: Develop an understanding of healthcare communications with Oncology. Understanding of the pharmaceutical business lifecycle across different stages. Gain experience operating in a large highly matrixed corporation with multiple internal stakeholders. Hone public relations, communications, writing and strategy skills. Core Responsibilities: Work closely among our US Corporate Affairs communication and advocacy leads to support brand milestones and programming. Work alongside therapy area leads to manage external PR agencies including review and coordination of materials. Support the execution of tactics and launch of programs that support brand objectives. Assist in developing, managing, and implementing integrated communications strategies to support the various AstraZeneca franchises.   Position Requirements Position Requirements: Rising undergraduate juniors or seniors, or master-level students pursing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Political Science. Fluency in Microsoft Office, Understanding of KPIs within public relations and communications.
