Job Summary: Responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the facility. Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve the facility's objectives. Develops and manages the marketing department's operating budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements comprehensive marketing plans and programs for the facility's long- and short-term goals.
Develop, implement, monitor, and report monthly progress on established programs to tackle social determinants of health to achieve justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion
Research, monitors, and analyzes financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
Oversees the advertising and promoting of the marketing plan/programs.
Develops and improves funder relationships to establish new revenue streams to sustain and expand Community Health Services programs
Develops and implements the annual marketing plan for the facility.
Develops marketing plans for assigned programs, which includes market analysis and financial feasibility studies.
Develops and maintains relationships with other providers, community-based organizations, and elected officials to maintain a support network with respect to professional development, funding, and policy issues
Assists the various departments of the facility with new business and marketing plans.
Directs, oversees, and implements strategic planning for all Community Health Programs
Continuously monitors the effectiveness of new and existing marketing plans.
Oversees and conducts continuous quality assurance and improvement processes for all Community Health Service programs
Represents the facility with business leaders, physicians, the community, and the media.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills within the facility and with the public.
Promote CSVS's reputation for positive community impact through engagement opportunities such as guest speaking/training, volunteering, and/or engaging in community events.
Communicates appropriately and clearly to the CEO, Board of Directors and the marketing staff.
Serves as a liaison between outside promotional agencies, the CEO and the Board of Directors.
Consults other departments, as appropriate, to collaborate regarding marketing and business plans.
Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful conditions.
Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.
