Share Email Opening Title Quality Documentation Specialist  Description MME Group is seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to join our growing team! Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for Quality documentation along with compliance of our ISO, FDA and ITAR certifications.  Participate in supplier root cause analysis and resolution (CAPA). Develop and implement program and quality plans, improvement programs and operations procedures using statistical quality control methods, concepts and detailed root cause analysis Responsible for customer complaints issues- analyzing to completion activities. Participates in MRB activities. Supports on-going operations as needed. Participate in QSR/FDA compliance activity. Organize and control QMS to support ISO and FDA requirements. Requirements: 4 years’ experience in Quality department of a regulated manufacturing environment. ISO13485 and QSR experience preferred. Experience with change control, revision change and documentation. Epicor or similar ERP experience preferred. Experience in GD&T. Minitab and Statistics a plus. Experience in print reading and cosmetic specification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in Microsoft Suite. Good time management to support many hats worn in small business mgmt and the necessity to maintain balance at work and in personal life.
