This individual is responsible for: providing excellent customer service; answering telephone calls; scheduling patient's appointments; maintaining provider schedules; collecting time of service payments; maintaining a cash drawer and preparing accurate daily deposit; calculating charges; posting all charges and receipts; confirming and updating insurance and demographic information; assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes; documenting messages; reviewing and resolving all unreconciled charges; and HIPAA information documentation.
