1. Administration
Perform general administrative functions including typing, answering telephones, and composing correspondence.
Process paper flow in and out of the Sales office.
Maintain a filing system of reports and pertinent hotel records.
Type and distribute various department reports as needed.
Hilton system knowledge to include OnQ, R&I (Required) and, STS and Solicitation Management.
Work closely with Revenue Management and Director of Sales to insure proper management of group blocks and manage cut off dates.
Daily responsibility to include coordination of groups from the time of booking until the group arrives.
Work with the hotel operation team and provide proper communication to insure a successful group check in process.
Enter all group rooming lists on a timely basis and provide proper communication with client.
Assist with rebooking groups as needed with the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed.
Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
Attend required meetings.
