We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to become an integral part of our team! As our next specialist, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and support our office administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Creates invoices within NetSuite and send to customer via email, portal, or mail Researches discrepancies and rejections in customer portals Posts customer payments within NetSuite Researches delinquent accounts and collect payments Responds to internal and customer requests in a timely manner Will assist with office administrative duties; such as supply ordering, scanning, mail processing, and other support to keep our office running smoothly   Position Requirements Position Requirements High School or GE equivalent; some college coursework preferred 2+ years of work experience within office environment; accounting department preferred Previous experience with data entry in high volume environment Be able to type 40 words per minute and above Attention to Detail Problem Solving skills Strong communication skills Computer skills include experience with Microsoft office products with proficiency in Excel; previous experience with ERP systems preferred Must have ability to maintain regular, consistent office hours and schedule This position works in our San Diego office (Torrey Preserve/Carmel Valley area).
