Share Email Opening Title DOT & Fleet Coordinator  Description POSITION SUMMARY: The DOT and Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting DOT and Fleet Administration. This position will be responsible for assisting with driver qualification by issuing new employee user credentials, supporting drivers with fleet program set-up, and administering various databases to keep our fleet compliant. Will assist with other duties as necessary to support 50+ branches nationwide, as well as onboarding of new acquisitions into DOT and Fleet programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Handle driver credentialing and fleet program set-up. Including but not limited to fuel pin approval, fuel card maintenance, and related database administration. Assist with fleet management and GPS systems to help administer fleet by reviewing monthly fleet billing, fuel card usage, and other relevant reports. Assist with compliance reporting for various DOT and Fleet related programs. Coordinate moving company vehicles as needed for repairs and other services. Keep track of truck inventory accurately and efficiently. Keep fleet documentation current including but not limited to insurance, federal inspections, fuel tax reporting, and required permits. Assist with Quarterly DOT Random Drug Testing Program. Monitors Hour of Service for DOT drivers; reports on violations to branch management.
