Location: Waltham, MA

We are currently seeking a Master/PhD level student with a quantitative background such as Mathematics, Statistics, Pharmacometrics, Bioinformatics, or a related field for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.

 

Objectives/Goals of the Position:

  •  Review bispecific and CAR-T data based on publication and approved database, and summarize what are the driving factors (e.g. drug exposure related) and impacting factors (e.g. patient characterization related) on CRS (cytokine release syndrome) and NT (neurotoxicity).
  • Based on biological mechanisms of NT and CRS, whether a general risk diagram could be proposed in linking these factors to clinical endpoints.
  • Further exposure how the learnings could be fed into the internal bispecific or CAR-T projects (e.g. QSP model development) to support dose selection.
 
Position Requirements

 

  • Quantitative background, with some experience in statistical analysis, and proficient in R programming

  • Basic understanding of PK/PD, Dose-Exposure-Response analysis, and nonlinear mixed effect modeling (NLME).

  • Basic understanding of clinical pharmacology and oncology treatment methods.

  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0
