Your role as an accounting leader will focus on industry best practice, maintaining accounting functions, and helping to support CHC Programs by managing our Grants Accounting.
We understand the hard work and focus that comes with managing multiple accounts and problem solving by numbers. That is why CHC is always looking for new and improved ways to create efficiency in our work, such as implementing a new Accounting Software with Grants module Sage Intacct, adding additional support such as this NEW Accounting opportunity, and creating an environment that allows you to work with a team of likeminded professionals or independently as needed.
Your problem-solving skills are greatly valued and so is your ability to learn and adapt as you partner with the Controller to develop this new role.
Requirements:
Salary: Starting at $55,000 to $70,000 annually
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and or equivalent experience.
Licensure: None
Experience: Accounting experience and previous non-profit and/or health-field experience preferred
Hours of Work: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Position Status: Exempt
Travel: Local travel
Exposure: None
Physical: Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
