Head of Evident Sales

Oversee and direct the Evident Sales, CPSI Client Success Management, and Sales Support teams to meet or exceed sales revenue and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working with Marketing and Sales Excellence to create effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve Sales goals.
  • Managing sales team and travel within the Sales budget.
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the team to achieve them.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and services and providing detailed sales forecasting.
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.


Team Lead

Responsible for providing leadership within team area to meet short- and long-term organizational goals as well as ensuring maximum productivity and performance. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with and provide input into the recruiting, hiring, orienting, and developing of employees.
  • Provide peer feedback, utilizing the company’s performance management program as designed, to align individual performance to overall performance objectives.
  • Actively support and participate in organizational development and training programs. Meet all completion requirements at a high-quality level.
  • Mentor, guide, and coach team in order to expand their capabilities and performance.
  • Communicate all corporate matters in a positive and timely manner as directed by management.
  • Administer all internal policies and procedures in accordance with corporate, human resources, budgetary, and finance guidelines. Ensure accuracy of staff data records.
  • Comply with all employment laws and regulations including, but not limited to, equal employment opportunities for all.
  • Meet Team Lead responsibilities as delegated by manager that are specific to functional area and team.
Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years equivalent work experience in a healthcare related setting
  • Excellent management and motivational skills
  • Willingness to travel within guidelines for success
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Listening skills that show empathy and desire to understand client’s and team needs.
  • Able to communicate and build relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
  • Ability to foster collaboration with peers, partners and clients
  • Professional persistence – understands difference between persistence and annoyance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Management experience in client support/success and/or sales/account management
  • Selling experience in a healthcare or tech related field
