Your Role at MOBE

As the Client Implementation Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our client relationships. You will be one of the initial points of contact as you oversee the implementation of both Health Plan and Employer clients, managing milestones and cross-functional communications across MOBE and the client organization.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure all implementation activities are completed on time
  • Manage all aspects of an implementation from start to finish, including planning, organizing, overseeing workflow
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout the implementation process
  • Review project plans, meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure all tasks have been completed according to plan
  • Conduct or coordinate internal training activities related to implementation broadly and the implementation of MOBE's clients
  • Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure all activities have been successfully completed
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency using project management software such as Microsoft Project
  • Exceptional communications skills, exhibited by the ability to clearly and effectively communicate project status and responsibilities to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strength in positive first impression and excellent Customer Experience by being one of the first points of contact beyond the Sales organization
