Location: Gaithersburg, MD

We are currently seeking a Master or PhD students for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.

Objectives/Goals of the Position:

  • Developing an in-silico prediction workflow for monoclonal antibodies properties.
  • Collecting, analyzing data, and building predictive models for monoclonal antibodies chemical liabilities, stability and developability properties.
  • Exploring classification/regression machine learning models and applying NLP/graph-based approaches.
Position Requirements


  • Graduate studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative sciences.
  • Strong programming skills (ideally Python).
  • Solid knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning models.
  • Familiarity with NLP and graph neural network is strongly desired but not required.
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0
