Our install teams are responsible for working in new residential neighborhoods where they focus on installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds. We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to our senior leadership at our Gaston/Sandy Run, South Carolina location. The ideal candidate is able to manage and prioritize multiple projects while working independently with little to no supervision. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to the following: Use web applications to gather necessary information and data Clearly communicate information to the field and office personnel Create and maintain daily reports Uses appropriate tools for required work including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel to track, document, and report data.
