What You Will Do
Meet and Greet customers that are coming in for service needs.
70% of this position will focus on being a service advisor and performing the below duties
30% of this position will focus on the technician side of doing light maintenance repairs
Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate diagnostic services or repairs
Provide accurate estimates
Coordinate services or repairs with technicians and parts department
Perform Express Services, fluid maintenance, and light mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
Provide quick and thorough multipoint vehicle inspections, to assure ample time for additional service recommendations to be performed this visit.
Use of a tablet for various programs is an essential part of the position
Videoing the underside and needed repair, then communicating the solution to keep the car safe and reliable
Perform pre-delivery inspections and accessory installs on new vehicles.
Follow-up with customers on repair status and charges for repairs
Develop the skills necessary to be a successful Hyundai Technician.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of technical bulletins
