About This Role:

Biz2X is looking for a brand leader to join the marketing team who will serve as a champion of all things brand and creative inside the company. You must be a creative leader who is comfortable taking ownership over all areas of branding and graphic design, including graphic and website design, copywriting, video/animation, photography, and more. You will maintain the company brand, including messaging, tone, and design, in partnership with other senior marketing leaders. You are a creative force who can work across many teams and demonstrate to junior creatives how the best brands carry themselves and create stakeholder value in the process. Further, you can translate concepts easily to all stakeholders to sell creative ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of fintech brands and evolve and ensure consistency and integrity behind these brands, including via development of effective brand guidelines.
  • Lead all design and copywriting efforts across marketing disciplines by overseeing numerous contributing partners and junior creatives.
  • Set overall production targets and foster a culture of branding excellence among members of different creative teams, as well as the marketing department.
  • Collaborate closely on multi-million-dollar branding exercises with the company's leading agency partners, including serving as Executive Producer and Creative Director for numerous projects.
  • Grow the company's creative team and its workflow to build a top-notch operation.
  • Collaborate with company leaders, marketing teammates, and other key stakeholders on key projects each quarter.
  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing Team to design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across the full range of partnerships.
  • Meticulously own multiple projects; ensuring clearly articulated strategies with flawless execution.

 
Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • BFA/BA with minimum of 10 years in creative direction, art direction or graphic design.
  • Expert with all Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Audition). Expert in Figma or similar digital design tools.
  • Excellent eye for design and typography and the ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to the creative team.
  • Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data.
  • Great communicator, both in conveying design best practices and project details/ideas across all levels of the company, including the executive team.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a major plus.
  • High quality portfolio of relevant prior work is required at time of application.
