Share Email Opening Apply Now Title IT Systems Analyst Retail Banking  Description General Responsibilities Responsible for managing a portfolio of applications and providing technology solutions to advance our digital transformation in our consumer banking, online banking and commercial banking lines of business. These applications include Business Process Manager, Retail Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Remote Deposits, ACH Manager, etc. Essential Duties Act as systems configuration expert for a portfolio of applications supporting our Consumer, Online, and Business Banking functions, primarily on the major banking platform. Collaborate with Business and IT Leaders to develop long-term, digital solutions for our customers. Advise business leaders of systems capabilities and lead the development and configuration of new products for our retail and commercial banking lines of business. Enable alignment of Business and IT strategies to accelerate our digital transformation. Prioritize customer needs and manage product configuration to deliver digital products that exceed our customers’ expectations. Develop business scope and requirements. Coordinate the process of application upgrades and enhancements with vendors and other IT personnel to enable new functionality and issue resolution while minimizing impact to bank operations. Provide support to Enterprise IT initiatives to further integrate our application landscape across the bank. Provide Level 2 support to the portfolio of applications including authoring workflows, issue resolution, and systems availability according to Service Level Agreements. Leverage critical-thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders resolve issues and define solutions. Simplify problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined. Implements technology security and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management, overall safety and soundness, and the bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc. Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the unit or department as well as with other units and departments in order to insure the smooth and efficient flow of information. Complies with established operating policies and procedures in order to maintain adequate controls and support the Bank's adherence to outside regulatory requirements. Communicates with management and staff personnel in order to integrate goals and activities. Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate bank personnel. Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other bank personnel, customers, etc., within given time frames and within established policy. Maintains appropriate records, training materials and collaborates with Corporate Training function to enhance process knowledge. Ancillary Duties Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs throughout the division, department, or unit in a way that permits the IT Leader – Retail Banking to be assigned to various activities, depending upon the characteristics and volume of the work.   Position Requirements Qualifications Education/Training: A B.S. or B.A. degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent field normally required. Skill(s): Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills; strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills; strong leadership and management skills; ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; in-depth knowledge of information technology concepts and application management.
