The product owner is responsible for the agile team's vision, goals, incoming work, and priorities. They represent all potential stakeholders in the team's work, and act as a communication liaison between them and the team. In a project environment, the product owner owns scope management. A product owner is responsible for the product backlog for the team's project and should be sure to organize it and monitor it for scope additions or changes as appropriate.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience as a Product Owner.
  • Knowledge of the Agile process and the tools used although not required, is preferred.
  • Tools used- JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  • Knowledgeable in any of the Insurance products (ESR, COBRA, H&B, S125, POP, P&C, PEO, BenAdmin, etc.) and the systems (, PowerBuilder, HRIS.NEXT, Flex etc.) is preferred.
  • A strong leader who inspires others, creating a shared sense of purpose and can have crucial conversations as needed.
  • Someone who is able to build partnerships across many groups, influencing and gaining buy-in along the way.
  • A global thinker who can think beyond today to balance innovation and short-term goals and results.
  • Someone who possess a strong sense of accountability for themselves and those around them to drive and deliver results.
  • Has strong organizational and communication skills.
