Share Email Opening Title Shipping & Receiving Specialist  EOE Statement Barrett is an equal opportunity employer.    Description The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving parts and supplies from outside vendors/suppliers. Packages and ships finished parts and products. Ensures accuracy of all shipping/receiving documents.   Other Responsibilities:   Responsible for staging parts for Quality receiving inspection. Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct ATF documentation is in place. Deliver received goods to departments/individuals within the Facility. Perform electronic transactions within Barrett MRP system. Assures orders and shipping quantities match through careful audit. Assembles packaging materials and packages merchandise, in preparation for shipment. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick up of goods. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.   Facility is heated and air conditioned. Lunches are paid. Scheudle is 4 days per week 10 hour shifts.     Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Shipping & Receiving Specialist   Position Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional relevant education and/or experience in Order Entry/Customer Service is a plus. Must be capable of lifting/moving up to 70 pounds.   Desired Skills: Computer skills: Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. Prior experience with Great Plains or other MRP systems preferred.
