Digital Marketing Coordinator 


Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated, curious, and enthusiastic individual to bring some fresh ideas to our team of high-performing Marketers! Our Digital Marketing Coordinator uses their world class customer service skills while working on the front lines of engagement with our consumers on a variety of digital platforms. Our Digital Marketing Coordinator is a social listener who monitors up and coming digital marketing trends that will support our strategic initiatives as well as the continued growth and improvement of our digital assets.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Service

  • Acting as our customer service champion with both internal and external stakeholders. Not only will you use your superior customer service skills to respond to fans and external stakeholders online, but you will also help drive our internal service standards, best practices, and initiatives.

  • You'll be our point-person for any email or digital inquiries and donation requests. You'll help unpack the inquiries or requests and respond within 24-48 hours.

  • You'll lead by example and uphold our company's Core Values to promote a positive, constructive, and collaborative work environment.


  • You'll collaborate with our Content Marketing Coordinator to help set-up and design our digital newsletter, The Growler, in a format that supports the content of each edition.

  • You'll be engaging with fans through all our digital platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yelp, Untappd, etc. This will include setting up and scheduling posts created in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Content Marketing Coordinator and responding to comments, direct messages, reviews, etc.

  • You will regularly communicate with other internal teams, departments, and groups as needed to drive strategic objectives and execution.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • You'll dig into the data and metrics we have at our fingertips from our fan engagement to tell a story that provides actionable insights and recommendations.

Digital Marketing Management

  • You'll update and upload content to our website so we are able to provide our fans with easily accessible and accurate information.

  • You'll work with our Website developers to add new features and troubleshoot any issues on our website and Shopify pages.

  • You'll also ensure the remainder of our digital platforms and channels are updated regularly and are properly maintained.

Position Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You have a Marketing degree and at least two (2) years of relevant experience.

  • You’re a self-motivated digital marketer who enjoys collaborating in a team environment.

  • You’re a customer-service guru who does not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help support wherever necessary.

  • You have top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal. This is paramount since you’ll be engaging with internal stakeholders and external folks on a regular basis.

  • You enjoy writing content that connects to strategic initiatives across several lines of business.

  • You can efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks.

  • You’re also adaptable and comfortable with flexing or pivoting as needed based on our needs.

  • You're naturally curious about the data and metrics orbiting around our fan engagement. You enjoy using data to help tell a story that is both meaningful and insightful.

  • You’re comfortable working on a Mac running MacOS and the associated applications.

  • You’re able to comfortably stand, walk, talk, hear, write, and/or type for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • You’re comfortable working in an office environment primarily with occasional work or tasks in other buildings around campus.
