Share Email Opening Title Case Manager AOTS  Description Looking for a Case Manager for our Assisted Outpatient Therapeutic Services department Job Summary: You will provide all needed support services to all enrolled consumers based upon their goals and desires in WRAP and Individualized Recovery Plans, serve as a liaison between the consumer and the justice system, and ensure all services are consistent with SAMHSA's fundamental components of recovery.
