This will consist of but not be limited to the individual employee and/or staff training on topics such as validation techniques, communicating with a mentally ill client, and de-escalation techniques. The ideal candidate will be competent in clinical, supervisory, and administrative tasks and will be the leader in ensuring a cohesive clinical team.   Position Requirements PA LSW with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
