Description

The Service Assistant will coordinate all functions pertaining to the Service Center. This position will work with various teams to provide quality customer service along with various other operational duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Increase general productivity for the service center by supporting technicians, parts operations, and front of house staff
  • Coordinate the drop off and pickups of customer cars
  • Ensure that all payments are collected in a timely fashion
  • Deliver vehicles between production, service, and sales operations
  • Clean and detail vehicles on a regular basis
  • Expedite parts requirements as directed from the Parts Advisor
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks
  • Willingness to learn about the EV Industry and stay abreast on current news
  • Car detailing experience is a plus
