You will be responsible for managing new and used car prep and making sure our customers receive the top service they expect.
What You Will Do
Assign work to your employees in a fair and equitable manner
Act as a liaison between the detail department, sales, and service staff
Work with management on your employee's performance
Manage the prep process for new and used vehicles including repair orders, dispatching, and detail
Provide a safe work environment
