These duties include but are not limited to: commercial & consumer account email & phone inquiries, quote & order preparation, as well as generating documents for processing repairs, returns & exchanges.     Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative   Position Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional relevant education and/or experience in Order Entry/Customer Service is a plus. Must be able to lift and carry or move up to 70 pounds for long periods of time, in accordance with proper safe lifting procedures.   Desired Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Great Plains, CRM, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Maintain a knowledge of all Barrett rifle systems, parts, accessories, product usage and maintenance.
