Description

The major responsibilities for the Recruiter position are to seek out qualified applicants, attract and hire new employees, and place candidates in designated positions to meet the company's manpower needs. The Recruiter must be willing to learn about the electrical industry and be confident when discussing career opportunities with potential employees. He/she must feel comfortable speaking to groups of people on multiple platforms as well as answering questions regarding Muth Electric and Muth Technology.

 
Position Requirements

Qualified candidates must have:

 

  • Strong customer service skills; high energy level
  • Excellent investigative and interviewing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide cross section of individuals
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Commitment to Company Values
  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word software.
  • Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
