Opportunity
DAVACO is currently looking for a dynamic Administrative Coordinator with a proven track record of specializing in facilitating, identifying, evolving, and supporting solutions to ensure continuity of business projects as well as performing multiple administrative roles. This individual will be a key player in processing information regarding a variety of national retail and restaurant remodels, resets, and rollouts. This position is a critical, highly visible role working with the leadership team of DAVACO.
Job Description
As a member of the DAVACO Field Logistics team your job will encompass different levels of responsibility that commands professionalism and confidentiality. Below is a partial list of responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Field Logistics Manager by completing day to day tasks.
- Review upcoming project report daily for project related travel needs.
- Request, review and approve travel using the approved on-line booking tool or corresponding with Travel via email.
- Email travel itinerary to project crew, logistics manager and operations.
- Provide support with UPS shipments to field personnel for corporate cards, shirts, and business cards.
- The ability to prioritize work, maintain a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations.
- Must be able to plan, execute and close out multiple projects or tasks in short periods of time to the satisfaction of the supervisor and/or client.
- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
- Possess good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
