Cambridge Management, Inc. is hiring a Traveling Maintenance Supervisor. The Traveling Maintenance Supervisor travels to our various communities and provides a high level of quality and efficiency for the maintenance operations within the communities. This role will assist communities that need extra help, and fill in at properties that are missing key personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance coverage and on-call duties in the absence of maintenance personnel at any assigned community.
- Diagnoses and performs minor and routine maintenance/repair
- Electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
- A/C and heating systems
- Water irrigation systems
- Tile, carpet, flooring
- Roofing, gutters, fasteners
- Security systems.
- Ceiling leaks
Preventive Maintenance/Safety:
- Conducts regularly scheduled safety meetings with entire staff
- Must be aware of the physical condition throughout the community and immediately correct unsafe conditions
- Maintains accurate records
- Resident Services:
- Institutes and manages system for handling resident service requests.
- Corrects situations within 24 hours.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple high priorities at once
- Ability to self-perform all tasks and willingness to perform them with the team
- Ability to travel in assigned region, as needed.
- Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends, as needed
- Ability to stay overnight, for multiple nights if needed
- Must be thorough, reliable, honest, and service-oriented
- Flexible demeanor and positive attitude

Position Salary Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Paid time off:
- A combined accrual of 80 hours of PTO & Vacation.
- Up to 6 paid sick days per year. (Varies based on state sick leave laws)
- 8 paid holidays
- 2 paid floating holidays
