Share Email Opening Title Operations Manager  Post Internal Days 0   Description Join a team of dental professionals focused on providing excellence in oral health care to the QCA.  The Operations Manager provides leadership to four dental clinics ensuring team engagement, operational efficiency, top quality service to our patients. Responsibilities Include- Operations Provides oversight of programs and community partnerships  Implements performance improvement initiatives  Operationalizes strategic plans and goals at the clinic level  Ensures patient access   Participates in budget forecasting People Focus Leadership- maintains Culture of Excellence through   Employee Relations- recruiting, onboarding, and engagement activities   Patient Relations- access, service and experience  Professional development and motivational efforts Compliance Provides oversight of dental quality measures  Maintains knowledge of and compliance with regulatory agencies  Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field/equivalent experience  Hours of Work: Typically, Monday – Friday   Travel: Local travel between clinics in the QCA     Check Out These Perks!
