Share Email Opening Title Floater  About the Organization Our company was incorporated in 1984 within the State of North Carolina, and opened its doors for business in August of 1985. The company has continually grown to a point where we currently serve more than 600 individuals, and employ more than 1000 people across the state. Skill Creations is a human services agency that operates three service divisions. The ICF Division provides specialized long-term residential care to 191 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in 15 different towns in North Carolina. The Community Operations Division provides residential and non-residential services to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their home community. The Child Development Division, with two locations in Goldsboro, provides high quality child care and preschool for children ages birth - 5 years. One center also offers after school care through age 12.   Description Our center is looking for a DEPENDABLE, CARING, PATIENT and DEVOTED floater/substtitute. This time in a child's life is very important and they need consistency, love, support and positive guidance to build their social, cognitive, physical and language skills. An employee in this position would assist teachers with daily routines and activities, monitor and supervise children, provide a nurturing and safe learning environment, perform cleaning and possibly cooking duties.  An employee in this position would also be called on as a substitute when staff are absent.  Typical hours would be 8:30-2:30. however these hours may vary.  A person in this position must have flexibility to be called on for substituting.      Position Requirements Criminal Check: Must have DCDEE Criminal Check Qualification Letter Medical: TB Skin Test, Medical/Physcal Form.
