Partner with product managers and development teams, ensuring that a quality product is provided by the department in an accurate and timely manner. Develops, maintains, and supports SOAP and REST API integrations within an iPaaS solution. Troubleshoots and solutions reported issues with existing integrations and recommends preventative controls to mitigate risk of recurrence. Investigates available technology to determine practicality of new technological solutions. Evaluates business unit requests, suggests high level solutions, and prepares development estimates. Identifies changes, errors, and architecture issues with internal and external partner systems, and advises on internal solution paths. Maintains compliance with internal standards promoting the appropriate use of Paychex systems and data and protecting client and Paychex information. Manage data analysis and data integration of disparate systems. Consults with business unit partners concerning system design and performance, clarifies details with business partners and makes system adjustments to ensure integration design meets the intended needs of the stakeholders. Promotes and maintains effective relationships with various Paychex business units and vendors to advance Paychex business objectives by developing and maintaining strong relationships within the company.
