Do you have a passion for Health and Fitness? Enjoy working with others?

Our personal training program is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire personal trainers to our team! Our ideal candidate is someone that has a dynamic personality with a passion for customer service.

Key Roles:

  • Build and retain a Personal Training client base. 
  • Participate in organizational and departmental activities (such as Small Group Training Classes, Team Training, YWeightloss, and the Women’s Triathlon) to support and build the Personal Training Fitness department business.
  • Provide a high level of personalized attention to clients to attain their overall fitness goals.
  • Complete and maintain accurate and current client information. 
  • Monitor and instruct Personal Training clients during training sessions on the safe and effective usage of Personal Training equipment and other fitness areas of the club.

Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: $20 - 30 / hour

Position Requirements

Personal Training Required:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • Nationally recognized personal trainer certification, NETA, AFFA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, and NSCA, other specialized certifications upon approval.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in a related field.
  • Ability to work with a variety of cultures, backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
