Looking for an Assistant Operations Director


Job Summary:

You will provide managerial and administrative support to management regarding the day-to-day operations of laser imaging, commercial laundry and janitorial services. Supervise employees and clients as directed. 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Assist managers in overall day-to-day operations of assigned programs, customer service, delivery, and supervises employees and clients:
  • Train clients and/or employees, including but not limited to customer service responsibilities and financial report preparation
  • Prepare invoices
  • Maintain accurate client, and employee payroll records, and daily production records
  • Participate as directed in research, exploration of partnerships with other businesses, sales, and/or management meetings
  • Assist in the setting of production and annual sales projections and with interviews of clients-workers and/or new employees
  • Prepare and track client-worker employment applications 
  • Open and close sites, as directed
  • Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings in the Bergen and Passaic area
  • Update and maintain the website, as needed


What We Need to See:

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Behavioral Health field from an accredited college or university
  • 1-3 years' experience with the disabled community in a vocational service's capacity
  • Familiar with supported employment programs
  • 1-year experience in providing administrative support
