Facilitate group therapy based on identified topics as well as open topics, clinical skills with ability to conduct effective individual therapy. Assess individuals and recommend appropriate services based on clinical need as well as individuals' ability and willingness to participate based on what stage of change they are in. Educate and encourage resistant individuals to participate in therapy services. Manage a caseload of individuals and have knowledge of their treatment progress, engagement level, and treatment needs. Clinical documentation skills and ability to maintain individuals chart meeting program, local, state, and federal documentation requirements, and standards.   Position Requirements MSW or BSW.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
