As the Lead Patient Service Professional, you will act as a knowledgeable resource and assist in the training and development of new hires!     Lead Patient Service Professional Job Specific Duties: *Performs audits onpatient services staff. Provides Patient Services coverage to all locations both in person check-in and Otto check-in. (See Patient Services Professional and Patient Intake Professional job descriptions). Acts as Mentor, providing support and assistance with day-to-day activities to Patient Services Development Manager. Demonstrates strong knowledge of Patient Services Process and policies *Participates in internal meetings and training sessions as required.   Lead PSP Requirements: One or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. One or more years in a medical office setting.   Hours: Ability to work Monday thru Friday 7:30am 4:30pm and 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evening shifts and weekend hours.   Check Out These Perks!
